  I have always loved my Craftsman tools and power tools. I recently had a power tool fail in an odd way. The tool was a gift and bought online so Gary, the owner and manager had no vested interest in helping me when I called. I was going to see if we could find the part I needed as it would not be a covered warranty item. Gary arranged to have me come in and see him and his customer service far exceeded my wildest expectations. Gary went above and beyond and earned himself an in-store ( meaning even if buying on website, either pick up here or have him order item if not in stock) customer for life. I cannot tell you the last time I witnessed such pride in his brand, and dedication to customer support. I recommended if you need a tool or appliance, stop in and talk to Gary or his staff, they may or may not be more expensive, or may have to order an item for you not carried on the shelf, but the box stores in town cannot compare to his customer service and care.
